To maintain active vendor status, onboarded trade partners are required to maintain standard credentials prior to commencing jobsite work:

• Current Certificate of Insurance • General Liability Insurance Coverage • Workers' Compensation Coverage or Exemption • Completed W-9 Form • Active State & Local Trade Licenses • Trade References & Work Examples
